Teach your child to have good posture in front of the computer screen

1- Keep your back straight and shoulders up.
2- Keep your arms stretched out to reach the keyboard.
3- get a well-fitting chair that lets your feet touch the ground.
4- Keep your back position aligned with the chair.
5- let you eye view align with the screen. If you do these your less likly to have pain in your neck, back, and shoulders.
