1. Subscriptions via Google Play

Subscription management (cancellation or plan changes) is handled through the user’s Google Play account settings.

Refunds are subject to Google Play’s policies for payments and subscriptions.

We do not store payment card details when purchases are made through the store.

2. School Subscriptions via Separate Agreements (if applicable)

If the subscription is provided through a direct contract with a school or educational institution outside the store, the cancellation and refund terms stated in the signed agreement between the parties will apply.

3. Technical Support Cases

If a technical issue significantly prevents the use of the service, you may contact us at info@abi-edu.net with the account details and a description of the problem so we can review the case and provide an appropriate solution (fix, extension, or alternatives) depending on the situation.
