These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between ABI EdTech (FZE) (“the Company”) and any user of the website, platform, or digital services (“the User”).

Users are prohibited from:

2. User Accounts

• Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.

• Account sharing outside the permitted scope is prohibited.

• The Company may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or misuse.

3. Age Range & Child Safety

The platform is designed for children aged 2.5–12, under parent/school supervision.

No open chat or public comments are provided.

4. Microphone & Camera/Media Access

Some features may require permissions:

• Microphone access to record reading within educational activities.

• Camera/photo access to upload worksheet images.

These permissions are used strictly for educational functionality.

5. User-Submitted Content

• Uploaded content (images/audio) must be educational and appropriate.

• Content that violates laws, intellectual property rights, or puts children at risk is prohibited.

• The Company may remove content or restrict accounts where necessary.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions may be purchased by parents and/or schools.

• If purchased via Google Play, renewal/cancellation is managed through Google Play policies and settings.

• Subscription plans and pricing are displayed within the application or store.

7. Intellectual Property

All copyright, trademark, educational, visual, and audio content rights are owned by or licensed to the Company. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Content is provided for general educational purposes. The Company is not liable for misuse, temporary technical interruptions, or unauthorized access due to failure to protect credentials.

These Terms are governed by UAE laws, and disputes fall under UAE courts.
