A Clear Framework for Safe and Organized Use
Educational Service for Children
The application is designed for children aged 2.5 to 12 years and is used under the supervision of a parent or school.
Account Responsibility
Creating and managing the account, as well as keeping login details confidential, is the responsibility of the parent or school.
Educational Use Only
The microphone, camera, and images are used only for educational activities, such as reading exercises and uploading worksheets.
Responsible and Safe Use
Al Bayan aims to provide a structured and safe educational environment, without chats or comments between students, while managing content, subscriptions, and permissions according to clear terms.
1. Definitions
- Application/Platform: Al Bayan application.
- User: The parent, school, or student under their supervision.
- Content: Educational materials and activities within the application.
2. Nature of the Service
The application is an educational service for children aged 2.5 to 12 years and is used under the supervision of a parent or school.
3. Accounts and Responsibility
- Creating and managing the account is the responsibility of the parent or school.
- Accurate and up-to-date information must be provided.
- The account administrator is responsible for keeping login details confidential and not sharing them outside the authorized scope of use.
4. Use of Microphone and Camera/Images
- The application may request microphone permission to record reading audio within questions and stories.
- The application may request camera or photo permission to upload worksheet images.
- These features are used for educational purposes only.
5. User-Uploaded Content
The user agrees that any uploaded content, whether images or audio, must be educational, appropriate, and must not violate the rights of others.
We have the right to remove or disable content or restrict the account in cases of misuse or violation of these terms.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
- Subscriptions may be made through the parent, the school, or both.
- Package details and prices are displayed inside the application or the store.
- Subscription management, including cancellation or renewal, is handled according to the mechanisms of the store through which the purchase was made, such as Google Play.
7. Intellectual Property
All application content, including lessons, design, trademarks, and materials, is owned by or licensed to ABI EdTech (FZE).
8. Suspension and Termination
We have the right to suspend or terminate the account in cases of misuse, violation of the terms, or any activity that may expose children or the platform to risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
The application is an educational tool and does not guarantee specific learning outcomes for every child, as results depend on interaction, supervision, and the educational environment.
10. Amendments
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after any update means acceptance of the updated version.
